Schedule 1 – is the ‘old’ SOL for people who lodged an application before 1 July 2010 which is not yet finalised.

Schedule 2 – is for applicants who are eligible for the transitional arrangements:

  • Applications for a Subclass 485 visa made on or before 31 December 2012 by an applicant who held a student visa in subclasses 572, 573 or 574 on 8 February 2010.

Schedule 3 – applies to all GSM applications made after 1 July unless the applicant is eligible to use the Schedule 2 list or the Schedule 4 list below.

Schedule 4 – Applicants using this list must be sponsored by a State or Territory government.   All GSM applications lodged after 1 July 2010 must nominate an occupation with an ANZSCO* Code.  If you hold a valid skill assessment with an ASCO** code but have not yet lodged your visa application, please contact us for further advice.
