Choosing a personalised service from a Registered Migration Agent can maximise your chance of a successful visa application and takes the hassle out of form filling and navigating complex legislation and regulations.

Migration agents operating in Australia are required by law to be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Our registered agent is registered under Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) 0742898.

All registered migration agents must:

  • meet the qualification requirements for registration, which include a sound knowledge of Australian migration law and procedures (for initial registration) and ongoing professional development activities (for subsequent registration);

  • be of good character; and

  • abide by a Code of Conduct professional regulated by MARA.

The Authority produces a booklet called Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession. This is a document with information about the migration advice profession, the functions of the Authority, the legislation regulating the profession, what a client can reasonably expect from a migration agent, and complaint procedures. Click here to see a copy of the IRMAP booklet in your preferred language.

By using a Registered Migration Agent, you can be satisfied that you are dealing with a professional who has the qualifications, knowledge and expertise to handle your immigration matters.

If you think your application is straightforward and that you could proceed on your own, you can obtain useful information from the Department of Immigration & Citizenship website.
